Before you enrol, you’ll be informed about the total course price and the available payment methods. Your offer will contain specific information whether you can pay in full or in instalments. If you choose instalments, you’ll receive a payment schedule showing the number of payments, their amounts and due dates before you accept the offer. Payment options may include bank transfer, BLIK and card payments through Stripe on our website.

Yes. You can cancel an individual lesson free of charge by 7:00 p.m. on the day before the lesson through the platform, by email, by text message or through another available contact channel. You can then book another available time. If you cancel later or do not attend, the lesson will be counted as used.

A missed group lesson cannot be rescheduled, and it does not reduce the course price. We’ll send you a recording of the lesson and the PDF materials so you can catch up in your own time. We do not offer individual replacement lessons.
